If you look at this picture of my boys, Teddy on the right, the BB is too large and is puckering away from his arm (which is probably why he has a little tangle there too). He is wearing an old size 4 and I moved him to a size 3.5 and it is much better.

I will have to check Buster's fit too. He is on a diet and we have lost a pound so far and hopefully more over time so the size I have for him might be too big. He has never been a big fan of harnesses but he is really good about putting on the BB. He just stands there and lifts each leg up as we slide it on.
