i have used life abundance one as well, but they have to be ordered on line. Try a sweet potato, cook it less than half of the time you would do for yourself, so it is firm, but not raw, then skin it and cut it into french fry size pieces, for training cut it into very small chunks. You could also try cooking a natural chicken breast. I do mine in a little bit of water in a covered pot so it sort of steams. I cook it for about 30 min. until it starts to shred and then cut that up in tiny pieces. For training put a few pieces of each in a small plastic bag and store what you don't use in a tupperware container in the fridge. |
