I don't have a specific recommendation, but if you are going to print your own invitations, then you want your finished product to be water proof. You don't want someone touching the invite that happens to have a little moisture on their fingers to smear the ink, it will make your invites look cheap.

To prevent this, you have two choices: 1) Use a laser jet printer, their ink is water proof, or 2) use water proof paper in a inkjet printer.
