I was thinking about getting it for our Wii, but my concern is I know at the 10 minute mark when I really want to just sit down, that'll I'll do it. Where as in the class, I had way too much pride to just sit down in front of everyone like a big failure.
But it was amazing to see so much confidence out of everyone. I loved that no one cared what size they were, how much or little they could shake it. They were just having a ball and working out to sexy latin music.
I just have to get over my fear of watching myself in the mirror
