Is there such a thing? My friend says there is and then you can use your phone or even OnStar to locate your pet.
I've only heard of the microchips that can be scanned if a lost pet is brought in. What about the instances where people ignore ID tags and don't bother reporting a "found" pet and just keep it for themselves!
