It has been BIZZARE !!!! I live in Hamilton Ontario and we tend to get pretty cold weather starting mid November. We actually just started to get snow that stayed on the ground about a week ago. It has been well above freezing almost everyday with not one day that I would call cold. It has been the warmest winter ever by far. Of course I HATE winter so I am not complaining
