That is awful. Did you fall on tile floor? I did the same thing after we built our house. I know the pain.
Believe it or not, the really bad pain will go away in about a week. Certain things will flair it up but you should be able to function a little better. You will still hurt but nothing like you will this week. Did they give you anything to take? I am so sorry.
As far as playing with your babies. Do they like rope toys or anything? I was thinking you could stand and hold the rope toy and let them try to grab it? I don't know just a suggestion.
