Amara is adorable! I think she has a silky or modified coat, although it's kind of hard to know without touching and seeing it in person. If you're going to keep her in a puppy cut your grooming supplies can be very limited. Only if you plan to grow out her coat will you likely need other more long coat specific items....which can wait, as it will take her coat a few months to get long.
You can find less expensive versions of most dog grooming supplies that will get you by for now. Any pin brush without the little balls on the tips of the pins will work. You may find one at a beauty supply like Sally's (although most I found there had the balls on the tips). Sally's also sells the pointed metal tip teasing type combs that many like to use to part yorkie hair for topknots. I'm sure you could also find a basic metal comb there too.
Petsmart and Petco do sell dog shampoos that are usually cheaper than most on-line products. Also, I've used Pantene conditioner on yorkies with good results. Some will say not to use human hair products on yorkies, but I never had any problems with skin issues, scratching, hair breaking, etc.
Just start with the basics for now. You can add other items as you can afford to later.
