You guys are going to think I'm cold hearted, but...
I have a "Computer Room", more than one Computer, Printer, Files and all that stuff, separate room from the rest of the house.
Neither of mine are permitted in the Computer Room, which is a "rule" from when they were puppies. Though, both are "electrical wire" house broken now.
One or Both will sit at the entrance, looking in and watching me type, but won't come in. I hear an occasional "huff" from one, encouraging me to come out and play (which I do as promptly as possible).
The way I look at it, if I can set rules, at least I can comply with a request.
