Thanks! I actually cooked some rib-eyes last night and they cooked fast. It definitely holds heat better than my last pit and actually cooked them more than normal without burning them. I was constantly having flare-up issues in my older grills but that doesn't seem like it will be a problem anymore. I think I'll be grilling some chicken tonight
