As for shivering in the playpen, my suspicion is fear but make sure there are some warm blankies or a bed. Also, try to make the pen experience fun with toys, maybe even feed there. Play with him in there and let him know the pen is fun.

Yeah, im gonna wait for that. And about his potty training, he hasnt even "went" in his crate once, hes been holding it until I take him. So instead of taking him outside, i take him in the garage to the back door and he goes on a paper inside but at the door, so that way hes still learning not to go in the house. And he loves the kids lol this mornings I told them if they want to see him they have to sit and cross there legs, and he went all over them and had fun, and now he's sleeping.
