Default Freaked me out the first time as well...

Caesar started throwing up a while back. I too couldn't find anything in it. But he would throw up until all his food was gone and it was just liquid.
He did this one Saturday and didn't do it again for a few days then did it again.
I realized when I started thinking about it that he had ran off with a little piece of one of my plants on both occasions. So I moved both house plants up on shelves so he can't get to them and he hasn't done it since then.
I thought oh I will just teach him not to bother them. Well that worked until he did that pounce thing (I know you don't want me to mess with this but I am just going to see how far you will go) Of course I laughed myself half to death then he started thinking it was a game. This is when I realized that the throwing up was occuring on the same days as this.
He eats grass outside and that doesn't seem to bother him.

Not sure if this is why he was throwing up but he stopped when I moved them.
Good luck
