I actually do use disposable pads and always have. I just wasn't sure I could stomach dirty pee pads in the same washer we wash our clothes in
He still will not go near the rug sprayed with repellent. He did start sniffing another rug in a bedroom earlier and I caught him and scared him by clapping and saying NO. I will have to get it sprayed as well. Keeping my fingers crossed he will realize soon that rugs are not ok and go back to his normal routine of using his closet with pee pads. Thanks for the response
