Does UC have an ER you could go though to get her admitted sooner? I know when I checked NCSU about Zhoie, you had to have a referral unless you came in through the ER. Which is what we did, I didn't want to wait for an appointment etc, I wanted her to get immediate care. We arrived at the ER at 3:30 AM. ER called Neuro asap and she was transferred out of ER to Neuro unit at 8:00 AM.
