I have a 1 1/2 year old male Yorkie named Bentley. He's normally a calm loving dog but here within the last almost month he's been crying at me for no reason. The only thing I can think of is my husband just recently left for training for the military and Bentley has been going to the door or sliding glass door just sitting there crying. He's been more needy than usual, he comes and sits in front of me and will just wine and shake. I know these dogs are more anxious than most dogs but I dont know what to do?!?! I take him on other doggie play dates, we go for walks and I even play with him often. I feel so bad because he's constantly pacing the house just looking around, he's currently at the front door crying and I don't know what to do! It almost breaks my heart
I thought since its been a few weeks since my husband left that he would just forget him. Any others have issues with their yorkie doing this? Please help, any advice is much appeciated!! Thank you
