Your 11 year old needs a place where he can get up and away from the 4 month old annoying puppy behavior. He needs his own space where he can rest; at 11 he probably is not interested in puppy play 24/7.
Your little one probably has a ton of energy - can you help him to get rid of some that excess energy by walking him, throwing a ball, etc.
Is he playing or is this turning into fighting?
