Yes, my mother knit it for Bella. :') She didn't know her measurements, but she 'guesstimated' from when we were there over Christmas, and then added some stitches for the month it's been since then. It fits her very well, so whatever Mom did, it worked. hehe
I can't knit to save my life. She's tried to teach me but I just get all frustrated and confused. I do better with crochet. lol
