Hi I live in San Beranrdino and took my Gus to Petsmart once and never took him back. I do all my grooming myself. My poor guy was so scared when I picked him up. It looked as if they hacked him up and I told them to leave his nails alone. I am the only one who files them every week. And they went and clipped them. I went to go pick him up and he was so happy that he scratched my chest all up. I was so upset with their services that I just decided to do all grooming myself. It took some practice on how to do his ears but after a few times and I have to add lots of mistakes,,, I finally got it down.
