Default Eiyie yie yie...HELP!

Miss Mia has been with us for a week and two days, Miss Mia is now 12 weeks old and is really coming in to her own little personality. I also have Miss Mini who is 6 1/2 years old.

Miss Mia is a pistol, I am litter box training (doggie litter box and pads inside them) I have a litter box in her x-pen, and right now 1 in every room. This is working well for us.

At night Miss Mia is put in her pen and goes in to her kennel (door open) no problems.

Now to the problem, Miss Mini is not jealous of Miss Mia, but she is totally passive and seems to want nothing to do with her. Miss Mia however, wants Miss Mini's attn. She flys through the house when out of her pen and constantly nips at Miss Mini's face, she does NOT bite her put seems to be trying to entice her to play...Miss Mini will not have it and does not even growl at her. Miss Mini wants to always be able to see "the baby" and when Mia crys to get out of the pen Miss Mini *tells* me to let her out! While she always has one eye on her and always wags her little but with happiness when I take her out she totally snubs her.

Is this normal? I always put Miss Mini first, feed them seperately, I don't know what to do to make this easy for Miss Mini and feel bad for Miss Mia.

Miss Mini had a major eye defect at birth and when she was 14 weeks old she had major surgery on her eye, and was not able to be socialized for several weeks, for obvious reasons. Soon after when she was 9 mos. she had to have major hip and leg surgery for Leggs Parthe...so again...laid up for some time. Basically she was never socialized.

With that said Miss Mini has a very sweet personality and is very loving, laid back and not pretentious! She is spoiled but doesn't know it! She is not at all aggressive.

Any advice all? Sorry for all the details but trying to paint a clear picture here!

Thank You
Lynn
