If you look at this picture of my boys, Teddy on the right, the BB is too large and is puckering away from his arm (which is probably why he has a little tangle there too). He is wearing an old size 4 and I moved him to a size 3.5 and it is much better.

I have no problem with them escaping, but if they were to lose any weight or get more toned I have no other holes to go to if they aren't wearing clothes. I also haven't noticed the puckering. I will have to look at that tomorrow.
