Thanks! I called Weber yesterday and told the lady I spoke with that I live in Southern Louisiana and we have high humidity and she recommended the E (porcelain) model since the stainless steel would likely discolor. I went with the wife to Lowes today and picked up the Espresso colored E-310 model. I've been exhausted today so I've been sleeping all afternoon and just woke up so I haven't been able to put it together yet. Then I have to go somewhere tonight so I'll be putting it together tomorrow morning. I can't wait to grill some steaks on that baby!
