Oh my gosh! One day! Are you kidding me? That doesn't even give that animal a chance to be found or seen by new want to be owners.
I so hope that doesn't pass. 6 days isn't much as it is. Why don't they pass a law that mandates spay and neutering instead.
That would help the population control.
