 Happy Ending!!!
The little boy that was thrown 50 ft off a balcony, has now been adopted by a friend of mine. He is safe and will never be hurt again. He is very skinny and petrified of men, but has attached to her immediately and is good with her other 2 yorkies. She says it is very apparent he was beaten a lot.
So glad he is safe now and will know nothing but love from now on.
