Have you tried Cesar treats? Not sure how healthy but I take the little ones with the paw print and break it into 4 little pieces and they are soft. I have bought mine at Walmart. they are in a little silver and purple pouch. Since I get 4 pieces out of one little treat it isn't as filling.
