I occasionally have that problem with CaLi. She will hear me get up to go to the ladies room, get a drink, check on my son....and she's up and all ears wagging her tail like we're gonna start playing. I firmly tell her "NO, Go nite nite"....and she will lay back down. This took weeks of training. I gave her chew toys for the teething in the mid of night.
I have to say though, for the most part...this little girl sleeps all night long. She is a good napper during the day as well, which really allows me to get my online courses done.
