Same thing is happening to me even using the new sale link. I think you have to get an invite to complete registration. The first registration just gets your name thrown in the drawing to see if you can buy. Evidently only those randomly selected get to purchase from each sale. I really need to make a point of going more often to the Outlet Store itself. I am in the middle of two about an hour in each direction from me. I have bought there before and have gotten some good deals from both the Coach & Dooney & Bourke outlets. I don't worry too much that they are last year's bags -- everyone doesn't stop carrying their bags every year do they? Surely they are supposed to last more than one season. If not, I will still be the passe old lady with last year's bags and a big grin on her face cause she still has some money in that last year's bag!
