Yes, many lives
were lost - people from all around the world - and many still haven't been found
Apparently the Captain was sailing the wrong side of the Island, and too close to the shore - eye-witnesses say he was showing off and waving to someone he knew. I don't know, I wasn't there, but the reports are terrifying.
