The ring should be in the center of the back, between the should blades. When the BB is brand new, the ring doesn't slide very easily. Push it toward the center.
The hot pink looks awesome on Khloe, and the black is super cool on Couver! Perfect color choices.
Try Couver's size 3 on Khloe nekkid. I know she is a string bean from your pictures. If the size 3 is too big on her, then work on manually stretching the arm circles of the size 2. The BB will loosen up with use, but you can help it along.
