I haven't seen that episode, but Andrew zimmern is a baby. He couldn't even eat the 1000 yr eggs in Hong Kong. Those are great! I've been eating those since I was a kid.
Anyway, if it had the honeycomb pattern on it, then it was tripe (stomach) but just bc he described it as tasting like poop doesn't mean there was poop in there. (how does he know what poop tastes like? Smell yes, but taste? Same as garlic, smell and taste not the same. Duran same thing) durian not Duran LOL
