Have I mentioned that it took my body almost a full year to realize I had changed my diet?? And then the pounds fell off me soooooo quickly that I wondered if I was SICK!! My doctor laughed and said NO, you are just too WELL!
I don't imagine it would take that long for everyone, at least I hope not, so KEEP PLUGGING AWAY!! It's going to happen! And if you are giving your body the right foods, you are doing it not just for weight loss, remember, but for continuing health and well being!
