Well, from what I can find online this is indeed a ferry bridge. So...ermm..what happened? I can't find that info anywhere. lol I'm such a curious-nosy person.
Clearly the portion of the bridge that is supposed to allow clearance for these ferries and barges...didn't move it's booty in time. I wonder if it was a mechanical malfunction or a human brainfart?
