I'm so very glad nobody was injured. At the same time, I have to wonder who was 'manning' the barge at the time, and how they couldn't have known that it would definitely not fit under that bridge.
Did it have some sort of mechanical or electronic failure of some sort? I would think the barge operators certainly would have known that bridge was there and avoided it or taken an alternate course? It wasn't put up over night.
