Yes, and I just want to add that it can either be genetic or due to an injury. That’s why it's good to teach your small dogs to use steps when going on or off furniture. I’ve heard that if it’s in more than one leg, it’s probably genetic, and if it’s just in one leg, it’s possible that it’s due to an injury.
