Love your input people, OK this is what I found out, from pettravel.com, in the US and Canada, no pet passports per say, BUT, your vet can help you to put together something that will do for one, record of shots, micro chip #'s etc., if you are going to anywhere in the EU THEY have a pet passport just like a people one, that one you also get at the vet with appropriate forms and stuff. The cruise its self, this is Carnival cruise, NO PETS, service animals only, or a specialty cruise that would feature animals kinda thing. Many "ports of call" in other countries would have quarantine rules so they could not go ashore, the always check with the locals, info. So this means unless you have a service dog, no cruising with the dog. Day trips only, though Catalina is nice, shopping is good, so is the food. Oh well.
