THESE are the type of people that the law needs to get after and STOP! It makes me sick to my stomach to think of the way these poor animals live! I don't understand WHY ASPCA or animal control allows this to go on...yet if you have 1 more dog than your supposed to in your house and they are all loved and taken care of.....they come after you!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE!!
