! Speaking of surviving stories, there was a wonderful girl that used to be a member here. Her little Yorkie quit eating and drinking. She took her to the vet for multiple blood tests. Finally the vet did an exray and found a penny had been swallowed. Surgery. The little female came close to death and all the blood started pulling away from the limbs and focusing on the heart. The poor little girl ended up having to get toes amputated. It got worse and she ended up having to have both of her front feet amputated. I am soooooo happy to say that she is doing wonderfully now and is playful and a true joy to the people she owns.
