I love watching the little butts wiggle, but I would be so happy to have my boys follow like your Sampson. The ideal is to have your pup walk alongside you, to heel. Many yorkie parents allow a "soft heel," where the pups are out front but not pulling on their leashes.
I wouldn't do anything at this point, otherwise I think you might encourage the dreaded leash pulling (which my boys are doing a bit of in this video
).
