I would try slowly switching her food to maybe something with less protein. I have noticed that Oz tends to throw up after eating with the "good quality" high protein dog foods. When I had him on the "lower grade" food he NEVER threw up.

I would not worry too much until you try switching foods or if she seems lethargic or is losing weight and not going to the bathroom regularly. However, do monitor her and take her to the vet if you feel it's warranted.
