Not only is it a snug fit, the camera doesn't line up properly and there is no magnet to shut of the iPad or keep the case shut. It's also very stiff. I wouldn't recommend it. When I first got my iPad2 I looked on amazon and bought a Casecrown case (link below). Perfect fit and awesome case for $25 and free shipping. So I use that at home and Coach if I "go out".

Thanks for the heads up. As far as using the Coach cover for when you go out, sounds like something I would do. lol
