Total 100% scam. Don't be suckered mom. Anyone who: 1) can't write plain English, 2) can't come in person, 3) wants some really wierd transaction instead of just coming with cashiers check in hand, or 4) from some other country is a complete SCAM.

For $60k, you better make sure you get a cashiers check or go to the bank with the buyer and confirm the funds have been transferred.

Don't get desperate, and STOP talking to these fools!

Craigslist is the absolute worst for these scammers. I've had multiple scammers make inquiries when I was selling cars.

And he wrote this:

a couple of other things. Don't trust anyone who wants you to wire balances. I've had a couple of classic scams where the guy was going to send me a check for more than the selling price, and asked me to wire back the difference. What happens is you do get a check, but it's bogus, and then you go down to the bank, cash the check, and wire the guy the difference. Problem is, he gets the wired money immediately, but it takes 3 days for the check you cashed to clear, and by the time the check fails to clear 3 days later, the guy is long gone with your money.

Another thing - don't trust anyone that is working with an "agent", "partner", or anything else. If these fools don't want to show up in person, then don't trust it. I've heard the exact same story from the same scam above. He said he was a "representative" of a "client" who wanted to buy my Corvette. Total scam.

In your case, if the person has $60k to blow on a coach, they can bloody well fly out to go to the bank with you, or send a cashiers check. No excuses. If they aren't willing to do so, don't entertain their interest. It could leave you out of $60k!
Awe, isn't wonderful when our sons turn out to be so smart! Someone did a good job!
