Yes she is, poor girl.
Petfinder is a great idea! I thought it was only for approved rescues/shelters/etc. but I just looked around a little and they have classified sections where individuals can post about pets in need of new homes.
For some reason I feel much more comfortable recommending she post on Petfinder than Craigslist. Thank you, Nancy!!
