Default 4 Month old Humping Issues

Hi so my little guy who's 4 months and about 3 lbs now has been getting more aggressive. This especially happens if I leave him alone for a couple hours and then return. Or if his play session is intense.

What happens is he will try to mount my arm or to play with me by kind of snapping at me with his mouth, not a hard bite but his little teeth hurt. I often will try to give him his toy, but he will often keep trying to snap or mount my arm.

When he does this I will often have to push him off with my arm but, a few times he has started growling at me. Is this growling and humping aggression normal? He's also done it to a friend of mine who was visiting.

I have a toy that I give him that he likes to hump. Should I just keep putting that in between me? or maybe put him in his crate?

What can I do to prevent it or stop him from humping and growling?
