To help cut down on potential spammers/bots... initial posts, especially those containing links, certain languages, etc... have to be reviewed by a moderator before they are approved to be viewed by the rest of the forum. Also, several different forums within YT have ALL new threads moderated due to previous blatant disregard for forum rules.
