Every once in a while the Neiman Marcus or Saks outlets will have some of the big name bags there. Neiman's you will have more luck. Or directly from the Premium outlets. I got a few Dior bags there, and they have Gucci, Burberry, Versace, everything except LV. LV does not have seconds for sale in outlets. All their seconds and past seasons are available to LV employees only for a very limited time and quantity and the remaining is destroyed.
