In my house Roscoe my male is very independant he wants to be in my lap and be held when he wants it. He always has to sleep "spooned" with me though and always has to know where I am though and tends to stay in the same room just not right below my feet. He is just more independent. He is 11 months old. Sukie my female is 19 weeks old and is so attached to me. She freaks if she can't see me or if she is not right by me. Lord help me if I shut the bathroom door and she is not in there with me. She sleeps by my face and no matter where I am she has to be right there and cires and barks when she wants to be held and I am trying to clean or work. She doesn't even like to play with my DH or kids just me and Roscoe. In the end though I am their favorite person just one is more dependent and one is more independant.

So in your house is your male of female more attached to you? I want to see if there is a difference between the sexes and their attachment to male or female.
