Use keywords to correct him each time: "no bite." Work with him daily holding him and touching him all over so that he grows accustomed to touch.
When I first brought home Teddy, he didn't like me touching him when we would play on the floor with his brother Max. It stunned him. Now I can do anything while he is playing tug of war with his brother.
If the biting is always connected to obsessing over an object, remove the object if he bites and tell him, "no bite."
