I cruise often and am no more concerned about cruise safety now then I was before the Concordia disaster. As a matter of fact I booked my next cruise the day after the accident.
The "cruises" that allow pets on board with you are basically just sight-seeing voyages lasting from 1-3 hours. Still nice to know our pups can go with us, but not exactly what I'd consider a "cruise" .
