It depends on the month as well bc the lunar new year falls on a different day on the roman calendar each year. Generally the new year is late Jan or early Feb.

My dad's ex co worker used to ask him why Chinese New year always was on a different day each year. He said it's not on a different day each year, it's on the exact same day each year, it's YOUR new year that falls on a different day each year.
