How fast our first week with Kodah has gone by. She is such a good puppy so far & definitely has her own little unique personality! We went to our first vet visit on Friday & she weighed exactly one pound. Vet said she looked healthy but said we would need to watch her little eyelids. Her lower ones are rolled up just enough to keep her eyes from draining properly thru the tear ducts. Said this is common among very tiny breeds and usually outgrown by six to eight months. If not, the problem can be corrected with a very minor surgery
! (Would love to hear any other's experience with this.) Just thought I would post a few of the MANY pics I have taken of her. When she is awake, she loves to play either with my daughter's 6 mo. chihuahua, go outside or content chewing on her toys & when she sleeps, SHE SLEEPS - nothing wakes her!
