Have you contacted her breeder ? to see if they will offer any help . If not you deff need to do so. Also the breeder needs to be notified about the Liver Shunt so they can stop breeding the parents or many others will be in the same boat that you are in. Did you contact UC Davis & ask if they will put you on a payment plan ?
